Monica is a qualified, Sydney-based sexologist and educator. She is passionate about providing honest, clear and current information to foster sexual wellness for individuals and couples of all ages, including those from a multicultural or diverse faith background.

She gathers from a broad range of scientific disciplines, strategies and approaches to provide sex counselling and education that is sensitive and transformative. Her approach is a holistic one that considers the physical, psychological, and sociocultural dimensions providing a safe space for clients to explore their sexuality knowing their values will be respected and acknowledged.

Some common sexual difficulties she addresses include erectile and ejaculation issues, mismatched libidos, low libido, painful sex, difficulty with arousal or orgasm, sexual boredom, sex after kids, infertility and its impact on sexual function, communication challenges and issues relating to how religion, faith and cultural practices intersect with sexuality.

She also welcomes opportunities to speak about sexual wellness and has many years of experience delivering education to a range of audiences.
