REACCREDITATION GUIDELINES & FORMS

Re-accreditation occurs on 1 July each year as per the SAS Reaccreditation Criteria.

Accredited members are required to submit:

  • Supervision and Clinical Hours Log / Mentorship and Teaching Hours Log
  • CPD Activity Log
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Evidence of Registration with Approved Professional Association (Psychosexual Therapists only)
  • Your National Police Check and/or Working With Children Check must also be up to date.
