When Talk Therapy is not Enough: Introduction to Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

The effects of trauma run so deep that they can become ingrained in our body. By using a body-oriented approach, we can recognise and use these body patterns to help people further understand and explore their trauma.

This training will equip you with tools to address trauma when talk therapy is insufficient or even inappropriate for your client. The tools and strategies can also be used to work with clients who have many somatic and psychological challenges but don’t seem to have a history of trauma.
