SHINE SA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Counsellor to work in its Sexual Health Counselling team. This unique and interesting position involves working with people with sexual function concerns, relationship issues, gender identity concerns and respectful relationship challenges. The position will ideally suit someone who is experienced in sexual health counselling or who is willing to upskill rapidly. The general population seeking support includes people who identify as CALD, LGBTIQA+, and people with disabilities.   

The position is likely to be based across both our Hyde Street and Woodville sites and may offer opportunities to work from home. The leadership team at SHINE SA is diverse and supportive. 

Applicants should have tertiary qualification(s) in Social Work, Psychology, Sexology or Counselling with membership of a relevant professional association (e.g., AASW, AHPRA, APS, PACFA or ACA).
