Unique & Flexible opportunity to be apart of innovative programs delivered to NDIS participants!

The Date-Ability Project are seeking qualified Counsellors to be apart of our Financial Literacy & Date-Ability Programs in Western Australia
This role will include mandatory travel and work in
-Rockingham, Tuesdays
-Joondalup, Wednesdays
-Morley, Thursdays
& Surrounding suburbs, occasionally Bunbury & Busselton.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for qualified counsellors or Sexologists based in Western Australia to work as counsellors within our Date-Ability, 1:1 Relationship skills & Financial Literacy Programs.
Within Financial Literacy, you will support participants to identify their goals relating to their own personal spending and create week to week strategies to overcome barriers and take steps closer to financial independence & their goals.
-No experience in finance required, it's all basic budgeting! -

Within The Date-Ability Program, you will facilitate programs around healthy and safe relationships/social connections to small groups of people (NDIS participants), guide participants through games and assist when disclosures or moments of discomfort occur.

The role also includes attendance at networking events and showcasing what we do when requested at various meetings and opportunities.
A confident, engaging and approachable personality is a must. 

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, flexible availability & an understanding of a person-centered approach.

We run our programs in locations all over WA, some reasonable travel is required however it will be for a full day of work.
